T.O.C which is the abrevation for 'The Ocean crew' started in Dec/jan of 2010/2011 with the aim of changing the youths in the society through entertainment. As the saying goes,an idle man is the devils workshop.so we decided to keep the youths busy through entertainment to stop them from going astray and it is also an avenue for them to know more about God.I can hear somebody ask, does God really exist?i used to ask myselve this same question untill my encounter with God.Ok back to our focus 'T.O.C'.we use entertainment to change the attitudes of the youth from bad towards the development of the society.
